FEELINGS

Our feelings, like the pain receptors in our body, are most sensitive, close to our fundamental values. They are there to protect these values. If we are not in contact with our feelings, we are in serious trouble.

Our feelings are specialized in analyzing our social contacts in a much more complicated and much faster way than our intellect.
Although it may take some time for us to take in this information by experiencing these feelings.

If we don’t invite our feelings, with their crucial information, they will knock the doors to our heart and brain again and again. Probably because we are genetically disposed to tell our pack about what make a strong impact on us, so everybody in our group know, what is worth knowing.

Like the spoken word, feelings represent a language. And so it has to be learned by experience and expression, and it has to be integrated with the spoken language.

Because we are dependent on contact, dignity, and a respectful persons confirmation of our existence, our emotional language will reflect our personal relations.
