DOGS
We have been using animals for thousands of years. Today, we are dependent on the animals. Not only for obvious reasons, but also for the fact that they remind us of some long forgotten fundamental rules in life regarding relationships and communication.
We have almost reached the point where we consider for granted, that the world will obey the laws we make. Therefore we can hardly imagine the unbearable pain our ignorance of some fundamental values will inflict on us. Values that still control the relationships and communication between animals.
The ignorance of these values will set human relationships and communication at risk.
In this situation our ability to relive some fundamental values may depend on our ability to understand animal intentions. (As opposed to our attempt only to get the animals to obey our intentions).
In our attempt to understand our relations and communication with the animals, we may eventually realize, that our compliance with these fundamental values will be a decisive condition for our understanding of some of the most fascinating animal behavior, and some deep layers in human communication as well. This is why it’s important for children to have contact with animals, be it hamsters, birds, dogs, cats or horses.
Otherwise we may reach a point where we will end up being a new animal species, without these fundamental values.
